WHITE CHOCOLATE LEMON BREAD



INGREDIENTS

  • 1 box Lemon Cake Mix
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 2 boxes Instant White Chocolate Pudding Mix
  • 1/3 cup Fresh squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • Lemon Zest from 1 Lemon

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix cake mix, pudding mix, oil and eggs in a bowl with a beater until well combined.
  2. Add sour cream, lemon juice and lemon zest. Mix by hand. Pour into greased loaf pans.
  3. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes (For smaller loaf pans, bake for about 15 minutes). Let cool.
  4. Poke holes in the top of the bread and drizzle with glaze (To make, mix 1½ cup powdered sugar, juice and zest of one lemon - add more lemon juice if glaze is too thick). ENJOY!
