CROCK POT MONGOLIAN BEEF
INGREDIENTS
- 5 lb chuck roast thinly sliced
 - 1/4 cup cornstarch
 - 1 tsp ginger minced
 - 5 tsp garlic minced
 - 1/2 cup soy sauce
 - 1/2 cup water
 - 1/2 cup beef broth
 - 1/4 cup cooking sherry
 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
 - 1 carrot thinly sliced
 - 1/4 bundle asparagus sliced
 - black pepper to taste
 
INSTRUCTIONS
- Coat meat pieces with cornstarch and set aside.
 - Mix all remaining ingredients in your crock pot and then add your beef, toss well. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Serve over rice.
